Passion blockchain project to create a central store of information for individuals and companies who take coin or who are interested in accepting crypto currency as a method of transacting in the marketplace. This project was created to provide merchant listings and develop a data store surrounding individuals, companies and market intelligence in the blockchain space as the adoption rate of blockchain and crypto currencies continue to rise.

Senior Project Manager | San Diego, CA | 2015 - 2020

Promoted from Project Manager. Worked remotely to manage over 30 commercial construction projects from entitlement to completion of construction. Worked with municipalities and jurisdictional agencies to get projects approved. Collaborated with architects, civil engineers and other vendors to complete and coordinate design and plan approval for site work and underground facilities. Negotiated utility contracts and installations. Coordinated plans and lease execution with landlords and developers. Created and managed complex timelines. Direct reports - 1 to 3 depending on project load.

Real estate and technology organization with annual sales exceeding $250M. Developed a proprietary recommendation engine for investor and institutional acquisitions as well as portfolio management. Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment

Manager - Business Intelligence Group / Culver City, CA / 2002 - 2004

Created and launched the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) within Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment. Aggregated data between Sony business units to develop marketing intelligence. Constructed proprietary data analysis and mining tools to develop projection models. Identified purchase and behavior patterns to drive and deepen consumer relationships, improved brand loyalty and focused on generating incremental revenue. Built world-class team of nine direct reports to design, develop and deploy big data platform. Performed the following functions – Strategic Planning, Infrastructure, Security, System Architecture, Business Development, Vendor Relations and Contract Negotiation.

Hired and managed development team to build and deploy financial software. Designed CRM and Business Intelligence functions for customer acquisition and retention. Captured 15% cost savings against first year budget and launched fully functional Operational Data Store and commerce engine on time and under budget. Allocated and managed resources for start-up organization. Built infrastructure, financial data security protocols, vendor relations and performed contract negotiation for services and equipment. Regional Director of Operations / Austin, TX / 1997 - 1999

Managed team of 240 employees across 7 states (12 direct reports) for service organization. Directed operational functions including P&L responsibility. Administered annual budget of $24 million. Maintained vendor relations and negotiations. Engineered revenue/profit turnaround for under-performing area and took region from last place in sales and margin to first position in 6 months. Lowered operating expenses 12% and increased revenues 30% across multiple locations by innovating employee incentives and customer relations programs.
